Limited Warranty-Solar Screens

BlindsorShutters.com Incorporated shall warranty all Solar Screen material products and installation for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase for workmanship. Normal wear and tear do not apply. Intentional misuse or neglect will not be covered. Frame, grids and attaching hardware shall have a 10 year warranty from the date of purchase. Abuse by others or Acts of God are not covered under this limited warranty. Removal damage is not covered by this warranty. Do not use harsh chemicals to clean Solar Screens; use only warm soapy water and a soft hair brush or lint-free cloth.

Limited Warranty-Blinds & Cellular Shades

Blindsorshutters.com Incorporated warranties all Blind valances, hardware and strings for 10 years.

Faux or "Fox" Wood slats shall be warranted against sun damage and or non-accident breakage for 3 years from the date of purchase. Basswood and Composite blind slats shall have the same warranty but for 5 years from the date of purchase. Cellular Shades shall the same warranty but for 10 years.

Limited Warranty Shutters made of Wood and Composite material

Shutters of both types shall have a lifetime replacement warranty. Intentional abuse or damage shall not be covered. Do not use any chemicals on shutters, especially wood stain. Call us for cleaning instructions.

1-Kid 1-Pet Warranty shall consist of 1 solar screen, 1 blind, 1 cellular shade, 1 shutter panel or frame leg

freely replaced at no additional charge no matter what the cause for 1 time only per customer.

Additional replacement of products will be done at current market value rate at the time of request for repair plus shipping and delivery charges.
